The multifunction pedometer is easy to use and keeps track of steps, distance walked, and estimates calories burned. Just slide the pedometer in to the built-in mesh pocket on on the ankle band and wrap it around your ankle. (The 3D motion sensor pedometer may also be carried in a front pocket.)
