HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Pedometer Express tests all in-stock products immediately prior to shipping to assure each one is tuned and working properly. Fresh batteries are also installed. Orders are shipped from Minnesota and typically deliver within 2-4 days depending on your location in the USA.
Orders ship free by Prime Shipping to most USA locations on orders over $25. For rush shipping, expedited shipping, or Canadian and International orders, see below. Orders under $25 are shipped for a flat rate.

Expedited shipping methods, including Overnight are available at prevailing rates to guarantee your order will reach you by a specific date and time. These charges will be added to your order. Please contact us prior to ordering if you require rush shipping. For the fastest reply, please fill out our CONTACT form, using the link at the top of any page. We will respond promptly.
Pedometer Express estimated delivery dates and times are reliable but not guaranteed. A valid street address is required for shipping all orders. Delivery dates may change depending on the date actual order is placed. Pedometer Express is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to holiday delays; delays with the shipper or postal carrier or acts of nature. No discounts will be given for late delivery beyond our control.
Because internet sales tax laws vary state to state, any and all taxes due are the responsibility of the buyer. Non-exempt Minnesota businesses will be charged 7.125% sales tax.
CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
PEDOMETER EXPRESS welcomes orders from Canada. Additional shipping fees for Intl. Canadian orders apply. These fees can be seen and are added at checkout. If you are a Canadian resident with a US shipping address, there are no additional shipping charges.
DELIVERY TIMES TO CANADA: Delivery to Canada may several extra days to go through Customs. Locations at outlying areas of FedEx or Postal Service coverage areas also may take extra time. We can provide you with an estimated delivery date upon request.
Canadian orders outside the USA require additional shipping charges and/or Customs Duties and Taxes. By placing an order with Pedometer Express, you agree to prepay all Customs Duty and other applicable fees and charges required for entry into the Country of destination. All prices at Pedometer Express are in US dollars. Payment made by credit card will be billed in US dollars. Money orders must be issued in US funds payable by a US bank. A street address is required for shipping all orders.
All products are tested at time of manufacture. Because products are purchased in large quantities for best pricing, Pedometer Express may not always re-test each item prior to delivery. A small percentage of any order may inadvertently include accidentally discharged batteries, non-working displays, or other manufacturing defects which are known only after the product is put into use. Manufacturing defects are covered by Pedometer Express Replacement Coverage.
PEDOMETER EXPRESS REPLACEMENT COVERAGE:
We will exchange any part of your order which is defective due to manufacturing defects not discovered during inspection and testing, if you notify us by phone or email within 10 days of receipt of your order. If the exact same item is not available, Pedometer Express may substitute an item of similar style and value. Note: Some product models may be warrantied by the manufacturer. See package or instructions for manufacturer warranty / replacement.
Contact us before returning any merchandise. Returned merchandise must include all original packaging. Pedometer Express is not liable for damages caused during shipping. Merchandise damaged during shipping must be settled with the carrier.
Keeping the product in proper working condition is the sole responsibility of the user(s(. Breakage or damage of any kind caused by the end user is not covered by Pedometer Express Replacement Coverage.
There is a 12% restocking fee on any returned merchandise which is found to be in good working order. Shipping fees are not reimbursable and return shipping fee may apply.
WHAT OTHER CHARGES MIGHT I EXPECT AS PART OF THE ORDER?
None. There are no hidden charges. Because tax laws vary state to state, any and all taxes due are the responsibility of the buyer. Non-exempt Minnesota businesses will be charged sales tax.
ARE PEDOMETER EXPRESS ACTIVITY TRACKERS / PEDOMETERS “ROHS COMPLIANT”?
Products contain circuit boards, batteries, and other parts. To reduce the volume of potentially hazardous materials created during manufacturing, as well as entering the waste stream after electronics are discarded, manufacturers are now producing electronics that are ROHS Compliant. ROHS is an acronym for “Reduction of Hazardous Substances”. Certain parts and manufacturing methods are used which pose less of a danger to the environment. In addition, ROHS Compliant items may be more likely to be recycled. Pedometer Express currently offers a several models which are certified ROHS Compliant and it is our goal to see that all pedometers follow the ROHS guidelines.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE IN THE USA?
Unfortunately, no. All activity trackers and pedometers are manufactured in China. Even ones that claim to come from other countries have some components made in China. However, Pedometer Express is a USA company located providing American jobs, putting money back into the American economy. Thank you for supporting a small American business.

Pedometer Express is located 30 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul Minnesota.
